Meet Eraj (aka Me), the witty e-commerce copywriter and the mastermind behind this quirky brand. 🎩🖋️

Believe it or not, I’m actually a pharmacist by qualification…💊

But you won’t find me behind a counter wearing a white coat. Crazy, right? 😄

Yeah, life has a funny way of leading us down unexpected paths. That’s me in a nutshell! 😉

In 2019, during my 3rd year of medical school…

With my not-so-welcoming financial challenges…

And a pesky semester fee looming over my head…

I was desperately looking for some side hustles to support my education. 📚

That’s when I took a leap of faith and delved into freelancing. 🌐

I started as an Amazon account manager.

Over time I got some clients, but let’s be honest, it never felt like my cup of tea (pun absolutely intended!!). 😐

As an Amazon account manager, one of my tasks was to write product copy for my client’s listings.

And that’s how I discovered my love for Amazon copywriting! 💡😍

Crafting engaging product descriptions to persuade customers to take action,

Speaking to consumer psychology,

And helping my clients use words to craft stories that inspire, motivate, and ultimately drive revenue for their businesses – that’s what energized me the most! ⚡

There was something magical about weaving words together to entice customers and showcase a product’s true value. ✨

And that’s when it hit me like a strong caffeine shot: Writing could be more than just a side hustle! ✍🏻🚀

It could be my ticket to financial independence and, dare I say, actually enjoying my work! 💸

I worked hard, switching my skills to full-time freelance writing and polishing my words.

I also landed a job as an Amazon listing writer at an Amazon service provider company.

My talent was recognized, and within months I was promoted to a Senior Copywriter position, overseeing the entire company’s copywriting department. (Yeah, pretty exciting & exhausting!🤖)

There, I mastered the art of crafting spellbinding copy across various platforms – Amazon listings, emails, social media, web content, and blogs.

Conversions soared, clients thrived, and my passion burned brighter than ever. 💥

But as much as I loved my job, that old nagging feeling returned. Deep inside I knew I was meant to do more… 

Armed with all the knowledge and skills I had learned, I quit my job and decided to start from scratch… all over again. 

Started my freelance business and it wasn’t glamorous. 🙌🏻

I had no clients, no income, and no idea how to start a business.

So I worked on my personal branding and built some potential connections through social platforms.

I also got to collaborate with numerous agencies and e-commerce brands, sprinkling my witty charm across various platforms. 🤝🏻

Hard work paid off and my business grew with referrals and connections.

In 2023, I gave my freelance brand the official name “Eraj’s Copy Wit”. 🟣

You might wonder, why the name “Eraj’s Copy Wit”? 

Well, it’s because I believe copywriting should be more than just words on a page. 

It should be clever, entertaining, and persuasive…

Bringing creativity, humor, and wit to the kinda typical e-commerce world and making a positive impact on brands and customers alike.
